Rescheduling Policy Update
At Plush Picnics & Events, we understand that unexpected situations may arise, prompting the need to reschedule your luxurious picnic or any other event that has been previously booked and paid for. We kindly request a notification at least two hours before the scheduled event to accommodate rescheduling.
Please note that while refunds are not provided, we are happy to assist with rescheduling arrangements. It's important to keep in mind that certain add-ons may need to be repurchased to ensure the freshness of the food, depending on the new event date.
In the event of an early departure or picnic abandonment, refunds or rescheduling options are not available. Guests are entirely responsible for any stolen property or damages to the items provided during the picnic or event.
For the smooth coordination of your event, we recommend booking your picnics or events with us at least 1-2 weeks in advance of the desired date. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated as we strive to provide top-notch experiences for our customers.
